OCTOBER is OVER.

1. Beginning of October brought some cooler days and much cooler nights. FINALLY.

2. We bought foam for our window seat. I enjoy it often.

 
3. Rosie loves to rip plants out of the ground. The evidence was all over her face.
 
4. I went shopping in my own closet. My goal is to wear the clothes that I don't normally wear. Make new outfits. Interesting combos. No money spent. Time to get creative.
 
5. Went to Jonah's 2nd birthday party. Lindsey's Jonah. So crazy to have a friend my age that has a baby. Life is moving forward.
 
6. Rosie is buff.

6. Fall bouquet from my own garden. Again, no money spent.

 

 7. We went to the Carrie Underwood Concert. First, we had dinner at Ruben's. Yum.

  

 8. Margarita's were involved. Double yum.

  

9. We actually had a lot of fun. I laughed harder that night than I have in a while. Mostly at the expense of Zindi crying because of "Temporary Home" and "Jesus Take the Wheel." Unfortunately, Carrie decided to perform these two back to back. Right as "Jesus Take the Wheel" began, Zindi said, "Oh no." And threw her head into her hands and started crying again. Hilarious.

  

10. Carrie flew on a floating stage. Awesome.

  

11. This happened. It was weird.

  

12. This also happened. Millie never cuddles. It was weird.

  

13. Changed up the mantle. A touch of autumn.

  

14. We went to Spencer's Diner for breakfast after church. This isn't even notable EXCEPT for the fact that this was only the second time Jay and I have EVER been out to breakfast alone as a married couple. Triple weird. We need to work on that.
